On this release, instead of concentrating on transforming recent rock hits, Mendes and his band focused their sights on Folk songs from the recent past including covers of songs written by the likes of Joni Mitchell ('Chelsea Morning') and Stephen Stills ('For What It's Worth' from Stills' days in Buffalo Springfield). Also features 'Righteous Life', 'Sometime In Winter', 'Celebration Of The Sunrise' and more. 10 tracks total.
