Before this album, he was still unknown, starting his career as the saxophonist in Bobby Caldwell's band, then continued as the saxophonist of Richard Marx, in his 14 months tour. Then, with this album, he got popular right away. This album stayed on top of Billboard charts for couple of weeks, and had some unforgettably classic hits. named Emily and Nothing But The Radio On. These songs were all over the radio around the world at that time. There's also Richard Marx's Endless Summer Nights.
